He manages timelines, subcontractors, quality control, and on-site execution across every active development. Before co-founding TrueNorthWay, Justin was a top-producing sales executive for a Fortune 15 company. He brings a rare blend of discipline, leadership, and grit — all of which fuel his commitment to building housing the right way, without delay or excuses. Justin is based in Orlando with his wife and two children and is also a licensed pilot.
