A sophisticated investor doesn’t meet those thresholds but has sufficient knowledge and experience to evaluate private investments. In most cases, investors begin receiving preferred return distributions monthly from the time they fund their investment. Terms may vary deal to deal.
We generally build and hold our projects long-term. That said, investors are typically repaid in full at the refinance milestone — around 18 months after funding their investment. After that, most choose to reinvest with us on future deals.
We do not share return targets publicly. Once we establish a relationship, we can walk through past deals and structures in more detail.
