Jeremiah Horne

Jeremiah Horne is a co-founder and principal of TrueNorthWay. A graduate of the University of Georgia, he has been active in real estate acquisition, development, construction, and property management since 2000. Over the course of his career, Jeremiah has overseen the budgeting, financing, and operational management of more than 800 residential units across Georgia. His work emphasizes disciplined execution, regulatory compliance, and long-term asset performance. Jeremiah is based in Cairo, Georgia, where he lives with his wife Jennifer and their three children.
