Jeremiah Horne has spent over two decades in real estate development, construction, and management — building more than 800 residential units across Georgia and leading projects from budgeting to delivery. As CEO of TrueNorthWay, he sets the company’s strategic vision, ensures operational excellence, and supports every phase of execution — from sourcing and entitlements to construction and compliance. A graduate of the University of Georgia, Jeremiah is deeply rooted in his hometown of Cairo, Georgia, where he lives with his wife and three children. He co-founded TrueNorthWay to build a vertically integrated platform focused on long-term value, housing that works, and real community impact.
