George Yu

George Yu leads all development activities at TrueNorthWay — from site selection and zoning to design and building permit in hand. A serial entrepreneur and former e-commerce founder, George previously launched WindPouch, an inflatable hammock company that went viral and secured a partnership with Mark Cuban Companies after a successful Shark Tank pitch. With a talent for building internal systems and eliminating inefficiencies, George has structured a fast, lean development engine — including in-house draftsmen, engineers, and analysts. He speaks English, Mandarin, and Spanish, and is a licensed private pilot who often visits project sites by air. George lives in Atlanta with his family.
