George Yu

George Yu is a co-founder and principal of TrueNorthWay. He has been actively involved in multifamily development for over six years and has helped lead the planning and execution of more than 1,000 residential units, with additional projects currently under construction or in development. George’s experience includes site evaluation, predevelopment coordination, cost control, and project execution across multiple markets. He is particularly focused on addressing the housing affordability gap by delivering cost-efficient, well-built housing for working families. George is based in Atlanta, Georgia, and remains closely involved throughout the development lifecycle.
